Hrithik Roshan launches iBall's tablet - HFC

iBall has introduced its first tablet — iBall Slide — in India. iBall has roped in the Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan as brand ambassador for iBall Slide.

iBall Slide comes with a 1 GHz ARM Cortex — A8 processor. The 7 inch iBall Slide incorporates a capacitive touchscreen with Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS. It provides 8 GB built in memory which can be expanded up to 32GB.

For connectivity, it has Wifi, Bluetooth and 3G on dongle support. USB host and on-the-go port allows copy to and from the pen drive. A keyboard or a mouse can also be attached through USB port. The tablet can even be attached to the PC. Bluetooth devices like headphone, keyboard and mouse can be used with iBall Slide for enhanced experience.

iBall Slide comes with 4400 mAh lithium-ion-battery, which according to the company, provides up to 6.5 hours of music and 5 hours of video. There is a 2.0 megapixel camera in the front and the HDMI output would allow the users to enjoy HD quality video.

HD quality video and 3D games are supported on iBall Slide. The product is attractively priced at best buy price of Rs 13,995.

The tablet provides the facility of Visual search, Voice actions, web browsing, e-mail, chat, social networking, music and HD video, gaming, e-book, news, weather and several applications from the Android market. It is loaded with "Documents to go" that would help users to work on MS Word, MS excel, MS PowerPoint and PDF attachments.

Kamal Hassan has watched the Malayalam hit movie Traffic and revelead that he was much impressed with the film and want to star in remake of the film.

Now the latest buzz is that on 100-day celebration event of Malayalam movie Traffic Kamal Hassan has confirmed that he will be part of the Traffic remake version.Speaking to media Kamal has praised the director Rajesh Pillai for the way of taking the movie.It is also heard that Traffic is being made both in Hindi and Tamil version.

On this part Kamal Hassan says “I seriously got impressed with the script and can’t wait to star in the film. The same crew will be working for the Tamil version and I will be producing the Tamil version of Traffic”.

All these years I was looking for an exciting script and finally it happened with 180. There is also a false impression that I work with only top directors and filmmakers, which is truly false.I have not even meet Mani Ratnam sir or Shankar sir for a long time. So far I have introduced nine directors in Telugu. This proves that I am ready to work with anyone if the script is interesting”

Karthi’s next with Mappillai director!

Karthi who has come up with Siruthai during Pongal has not started his next film yet. Though he is coming across many subjects but none of the directors are coming up with an impressing script.

Karthi recently heard more than six scripts narrated by prospective directors. According to the snoopy sources it is heard that, Karthi may do a film with director Suraj, as he narrated an incredible masala story blended with lots of action, comedy and sentiments. After listening to the script, Karthi felt it is a real prospective plot and is in plans to start the shoot of this film immediately.

Karthi with this film is turning as a smart businessman as he will be producing the film under his home production banner Studio Green, run by his cousin Gnanavel Raja. He will be finishing the films shoot in just 100 days and is planning for August release. Karthi the young chap really rocks!

When will Kamal start his next movie?

When will Kamal start his next movie is the very big query doing rounds in the tinsel town?

Don’t worry Way2movies have the answer. The film will start its shoot mostly by the last week of March or by the first week of April. So the count down starts for us in the next couple of weeks. It is now confirmed that Sonakshi Sinha is going to play Kamal’s heroine and she was intimated to join the unit possibly by March end. She gave her call sheet for 45 days for the film. Currently both director Selvaraghavan and Kamal Hassan are giving final touches for the script and are also found finalizing the rest of the cast and crew.  Being experts in script writing Selva and Kamal are planning to bring the script in an astonishing manner.

Singer-music director Shankar Mahadevan is expected to compose the music for Kamal.

Vikram hosted party to Vijay

Vikram who is seeing dark in his career from the past couple of years is all happy now as his forthcoming film Deivamagan directed by Vijay has completed the shoot.

Since last two years the films that were released are only three and more or less all turned out to be debacles though he played challenging roles. And with this effect his fans too turned very disappointed with continuous flops. As Vijay completed the shoot in just four months, Vikram is extremely happy about it. The reason behind this happiness is that he can come out with the release soon and so that it would get back his lost charm.

By sharing this happiness Vikram hosted a party for director Vijay at star hotel in Chennai. Anushka, Amala Paul and the cast and crew of Deivamagan were spotted in the party.

Salman-Katrina, Akshay-Sonakshi share a common platform in ‘Joker’

Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif are all set to make a make cameo appearances in Shirish Kunder’s Joker. And this time, it’s again an item number. It has already been confirmed, though they have not yet signed the dotted line.

The song will feature Sallu-Kats and the lead pair Akshay-Sonakshi and it is going to be the highlight of the film.
All four stars share high comfort levels with each other though this will be the first time Sonakshi and Katrina share screen space.

The song will be filmed in early fall and wrap well in time for the film’s release on Christmas Day
